Location of the property is good,close to a metro for easy access to places. Room was clean. Breakfast was good for the cheap price we paid for the room. As noted in other reviews,staff didn’t speak English but we communicated via translation app and they were helpful. You just heed to have an app loaded on your phone it wasn’t a big issue for us.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean, room service is very responsive when I asked for air purifier or mineral water they immediately send to my room, extremely helpful and prompt response! The place has its free self service laundry with detergent and dryers which is very practical for me who staying for a week, I can wash my clothes there. Hotel serves breakfast buffet albeit not many choices but taste good. Location is very strategic, train station and malls are adjacent to the hotel. Walking distance just next to the hotel. I will definitely come back again, thanks for the warm hospitality!

The front desk receptions are polite and helpful. When I needed to check out early during the departure day, they went the extra mile to pack the breakfast for me so that I could enjoy them during my waiting in the airport. That is definitely a very warming touch! The serving crews during the breakfast were very attentive , helpful and polite. The food varieties have the balance spread between the East and the West. It is a great location for those who are the working groups. However, it is quite a distance away from the city for those who wish to visit as a tourist.

1) Great location within walking distance from metro station and next to shopping mall with many food offerings 2) Friendly and helpful reception staff 3) Complimentary buffet breakfast with good spread

The room and shower were very spacious. Very comfortable beds. It was very clean. Good buffet breakfast with lots of options. The interiors looked a bit old and need to be renovated.
